What is speakup?
speakup is a Dutch telecom provider from Enschede, active since 2003, with its own network and its own support. You choose from the Xelion cloud exchange, the Compass contact centre, calling via Microsoft Teams or a SIP trunk for your own exchange, and with Cloud CTI you connect the telephony to your CRM or ERP. speakup is ISO 27001 certified, but the privacy statement does not say where data is stored, and the site does not mention a data processing agreement for customers.
Good: with questions you call speakup itself directly, on working days from 08:30 to 17:00, and the range goes from a single connection to a contact centre.
Less good: there are no prices on the site. speakup does not name which CRM packages Cloud CTI supports.
