Less suited to
Anyone who only wants to send invoices but also needs a VAT return; that is not in Factureren.
Key facts

- VAT return and bank feed from Standaard (€28/month)
- iDEAL or Wero payment link on invoices
What is Visma eAccounting?
Visma eAccounting comes from Visma eAccounting BV in Amsterdam, part of the Norwegian Visma Group. You create invoices with an iDEAL or Wero payment link, connect your bank and send the VAT return to the Dutch Tax Administration (Belastingdienst) with one click; e-invoices go through the Peppol network. According to Visma, the data is on European servers in ISO-certified data centres, and eAccounting signs a data processing agreement for the services in which it is the processor. Support runs through an AI assistant and a support portal where you create a case.
Good: sending e-invoices via Peppol is already possible in Factureren, and receiving from Standaard. There are bank feeds for most Dutch banks, including bunq, Revolut and N26.
Less good: the VAT return and bank feed only come with Standaard (€28). How many days the free trial lasts is not on the pricing page.
