What is Alexion CRM?
Alexion CRM is a product of Alexion Software in Groningen, which has made CRM software for organisations of up to 20 users since 2003. You manage contacts, appointments, documents, sales opportunities, projects and hours, and create letters and mailings with Word and Excel. Alexion CRM is a Windows program on your own PC, with the database stored encrypted in a data centre in Germany. The data processing agreement and the standard clauses are available as PDFs with the terms and conditions.
Good: the price is low and includes hosting, helpdesk and updates, and start-ups get a discount for the first three years. You can try it free for 2 months with your own data. There are integrations with SnelStart, e-Boekhouden.nl, Exact Online and AFAS, and with the KvK Trade Register.
Less good: it is not a web application; on a Mac you need Parallels. Prices are per year, and the site does not say whether they exclude VAT.
