What is Bedrijfsrooster?
Bedrijfsrooster is a product of Bedrijfsrooster B.V. in Haarlem. Employees submit their availability in the iOS and Android app, you create and share the roster, and leave, absence and hours worked go into the same system. Pro adds calculation rules and collective agreement settings, such as allowances and ATV hours, and an open API. According to the data processing agreement, the data is in data centres in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany (The Datacenter Group and Google Cloud Europe). That agreement does leave room for processing outside the EEA with the legal safeguards. The app is available in Dutch, English and German.
Good: the subscription is cancellable monthly and you can try it free for 14 days. Your invoice follows the actual number of employees per month.
Less good: for small teams the fixed €47 per month is steep. The site lists no ready-made integrations with payroll packages; integration goes through the API in Pro. The site mentions two different discounts for annual billing.
