What is BizzCloud?
BizzCloud is a cloud point of sale system from BizzCloud International B.V. in Borne. There are separate plans for retail (stock, purchasing, loyalty and coupons, dropshipping) and hospitality (table plan, kitchen printers and screens, QR ordering). Card payments work with CCV, Adyen or SoftPOS from Pay. on your phone. The site does not say where data is stored, and we did not find a data processing agreement for customers; the privacy statement only mentions one with its own service providers.
Good: you can try it free for 14 days and get started yourself without setup costs. The plans are cancellable monthly, and there are ready-made integrations with Dutch accounting packages and web shop platforms. Support is in Dutch.
Less good: the cheapest plans have one till and one user, and phone support only for the first month. Each web shop or accounting integration costs extra. The terms mention a three-month notice period for fixed-term contracts, so check what applies to your plan.
