What is Cirqll?
Cirqll is a CRM from Cirqll B.V. in Borne. You record contacts, contact persons, reports, emails, tasks and sales opportunities, and with the app for iPhone and Android you can take notes on the go. According to Cirqll, the data is stored in the Netherlands. The terms are the NLdigital Terms with the Data Pro Statement, which together serve as the data processing agreement.
Good: the package is deliberately kept simple, with a KvK (Chamber of Commerce) integration to add contacts and calendar sync with Outlook and Google. You can start with one user, and there is a 10-day trial account without payment details.
Less good: you pay per quarter or per year; a monthly subscription is not on the pricing page. There are no ready-made integrations with accounting packages: those go through Zapier or the API, and Cirqll does not create quotes or invoices itself.
