What is Compenda?
Compenda is a product of Compenda B.V. in Assen. It starts as a CRM, with contacts, custom fields, tasks, calendar and procedures, and in the All-in-one package grows into quotes, projects, time tracking, invoicing and leave registration. Compenda runs as a program on your own computer, with the database on your own server or in Compenda’s cloud. According to Compenda, that cloud is on a server in the Netherlands. When you cancel, you keep a read-only licence and can get a copy of your database.
Good: you pay per concurrent user, so ten colleagues who never work at the same time cost less than ten licences. The plan is cancellable monthly. Invoices can carry an iDEAL payment link through Mollie, and there are integrations with Exact Online, SnelStart and Twinfield.
Less good: you cannot try it yourself; you start through a demo and an implementation whose costs are not on the pricing page. The pricing page does not say whether amounts exclude VAT, and we did not find a data processing agreement on the site.
