What is FacturenSnel?
FacturenSnel is an online invoicing tool from Jueminel VOF in Tynaarlo (Drenthe). You create invoices with the correct VAT (9% or 21%, the small business scheme (KOR) and a few exemptions), download them as PDF or email them straight from the tool. It is not an accounting package: VAT returns and the ledger are done elsewhere. The data processing agreement is part of the terms and conditions, which state that processing takes place within the EEA. The privacy statement does name the email service Resend, which stores account data and email metadata in the United States.
Good: the free version is enough if you send a few invoices a month. Pro is cheap, can be cancelled monthly and adds iDEAL payment links, automatic payment matching and formal reminders. You can download all your data as a ZIP with JSON, CSV and the original PDFs.
Less good: invoices only go out as PDF; FacturenSnel itself says that is not a UBL or Peppol invoice. There are no integrations with accounting packages, only with Mollie. Support is by email, with a target of 2 working days.
