Businesses and accountants with several companies or branches who want one consolidated report from Xero, QuickBooks or Sage.

    Less suited to

Anyone using Exact or Moneybird; Joiin does not list those integrations.

    • Data at AWS; Joiin does not say which region

    What is Joiin?

Joiin is a product of Joiin Ltd in Exeter (United Kingdom). It pulls the figures of several companies from your accounting software, such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Pennylane or Fortnox, and turns them into consolidated reports, budgets and forecasts. The price depends on the number of companies; users and reports are unlimited. According to Joiin, it runs entirely on Amazon Web Services, but it does not name the region. There is a data processing agreement that applies to all customers.

Good: you pay per company, not per user, and can try everything for 14 days without a credit card.

Less good: Exact, Moneybird and Twinfield are not among the integrations. Joiin does not say whether your data is kept in the EU, and the site is in English only.
