What is Nmbrs Accounting?
Nmbrs Accounting is the accounting software that used to be called Yuki and now continues under the name Nmbrs, with an office in Rotterdam; Nmbrs is part of the Visma Group. You submit receipts and invoices, send sales invoices and keep the books together with your accountant; from Small (€24.50) e-invoicing via Peppol is included. Hosting runs at AWS in the EU, and according to Nmbrs, sub-processors outside the EU work with an adequacy decision, the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We did not find a data processing agreement between Nmbrs and a business owner who is a customer directly; accountancy firms can, however, sign one with their clients in the software.
Good: Peppol is in the cheapest paid plan, and you can start for free if you only submit documents.
Less good: the site does not say whether your customers can pay an invoice with iDEAL. Plans are based on the number of invoices per month.
