What is Plannen.nl?
Plannen.nl is an online appointment scheduler from Plannen.nl B.V. in Rotterdam. You put a booking module or link on your website or social media, customers pick a time slot themselves and get a confirmation and reminder by email or text message. The calendar syncs with Google Calendar, Outlook and iCal, and you can attach a Zoom, Teams or Google Meet link to an appointment. According to the terms, data is stored in a cloud environment within Europe, and the data processing agreement is an annex to the terms.
Good: one rate with 75 text messages a month included, and cancellable monthly. With the payment add-on, customers pay when booking through your own Mollie account, including with iDEAL.
Less good: online payment, invoices and removing the Plannen.nl branding each cost a separate add-on. After you cancel, Plannen.nl keeps your data for three months, but the terms mention no export function; keeping a copy is your own responsibility.
