What is Postplanner?
Postplanner is a service of Lofstaet Groep B.V. in Heerjansdam and is built and supported by Woon IoT in Barendrecht. You connect your LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, prepare posts in a schedule per brand and channel, and they are published at the time you chose. A writing assistant based on a language model can draft the text, and earlier posts are kept in an archive for reuse. Facebook and Google Business Profile are listed on the site as “coming soon”.
According to the privacy statement, data is stored on servers within the EU. Text you have the writing assistant create goes to the language model provider; Postplanner does not say which one. The data processing agreement is on the site and applies automatically once you use an account.
Good: a clear monthly price, with no notice period and no extra charge per user from Professional. You can phone and speak to someone who uses the product themselves.
Less good: only two channels, and the product is new: the terms date from October 2026. The site does not mention analytics, a shared inbox for replies or monitoring as in larger packages.
