What is Silvasoft?
Silvasoft is business software from Silvasoft in Ridderkerk (KvK 74420062). You switch on the modules you need: bookkeeping with a bank connection and VAT return, invoicing with an iDEAL payment link, quotes, stock, projects, hours, staff and CRM. You book receipts and purchase invoices by scanning or emailing them. The data processing agreement is on the site; it states that Silvasoft does not process personal data outside the EU without your written consent. According to that agreement, hosting runs on Google Cloud, Amazon S3 and the Mendix platform, among others.
Good: you only pay for the modules you use, and there are many ready-made connections with webshops, till systems and payment providers. Support is available on working days from 9:00 to 17:00 by phone, chat and WhatsApp.
Less good: add a few modules and the monthly price rises quickly. The site does not say whether you can send e-invoices through Peppol.
