What is Voyp?
Voyp is a brand of BlackGATE B.V. in The Hague, an internet and network company. You get a business number that you use in an app on your mobile or computer, or on a desk phone. Opening hours, voicemail, a menu and a queue are set up in MijnVoyp; you pay no monthly price for them, but menu and queue have one-off setup costs. With Bubble (€5 per user per month) you see the customer details from your CRM when a call comes in. The data processing agreement is on the site together with the privacy statement; it does not say where the data is stored.
Good: everything can be cancelled daily, and phone support is free for your call plan and for handsets bought from Voyp. According to Voyp, you talk to someone from its own team, without a menu.
Less good: calls cost per minute plus a 5 cent connection charge, and menu and queue each cost €75 one-off. The app is a product from another supplier (Bria), not from Voyp itself.
