What is Debitan?
Debitan is software and services for accounts receivable management from Hoorn (KvK 51866420). Debitan pulls open invoices from your accounting, follows them up with reminders and final notices, and lets your customers pay through a payment link with iDEAL among other methods, through Mollie. You extend it with modules for subscriptions, invoicing, debt collection and rental, among others. You can do it yourself with the software, or outsource receivables management and even the administration to Debitan.
Good: connections with a long list of Dutch accounting and CRM packages, and support by phone, email and WhatsApp.
Less good: it only pays off with many invoices, as you start at €139.95 per month. The site does not say where data is stored and does not mention a data processing agreement.
