What is Enquete.com?
Enquete.com is a product of Research Link, a Dutch company (KvK 69727341); the site does not give a town. You use it to create online surveys, with an AI assistant that suggests a questionnaire and an AI report that summarises the responses. You distribute a survey via a link, QR code, iFrame, website pop-up or kiosk, and on Business also by email and a fixed feedback button. There are also recurring and 360° surveys.
According to the terms and the data processing agreement, Enquete.com stores respondent data within the EEA. The data processing agreement is on the site without signing up. You pay by credit card, iDEAL, Bancontact, PayPal or invoice.
Good: a free entry plan and low annual prices, and the data processing agreement can be read straight away. You can cancel at any time.
Less good: monthly billing is considerably more expensive than annual billing (Starter €20 versus €14 per month). Integrations with other software only come with Enterprise, and the privacy statement names sub-processors only as examples (“e.g. AWS, Azure”).
