What is MoreApp?
MoreApp is a product of MoreApps BV in Rotterdam, founded in 2013, with offices in Berlin, Barcelona and Nantes as well. You build forms that your team fills in in the iOS or Android app, also without a connection: work orders, inspections, checklists and handover reports. From each registration you create a report in your own house style as PDF or Word. MoreApp is ISO 27001 certified and runs on Google Cloud in the Eemshaven data centre; according to MoreApp, the team, all servers and the (sub)processors are in the EU. The data processing agreement is an annex to the licence agreement.
Good: you do not pay per user or per form, only for the number of registrations. There are integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Sheets and automation platforms such as Zapier, Make and Power Automate, and the API is included in every plan.
Less good: it is made for field teams and priced accordingly: the entry plan costs €174 per month billed annually. For a contact form on your website it is too much. If you go over your registrations, you pay €0.40 per extra registration.
