What is Keeping?
Keeping is time tracking software from Keeping B.V. in Enschede. You log hours with a timer or afterwards, in the browser, with the iPhone and Android apps or with the Chrome and Firefox extension. Hours are linked to clients, projects and tasks, and you can track trips and budgets. Keeping runs at the cloud provider DigitalOcean; the privacy statement does not say in which country the servers are. You can get a signed data processing agreement on request.
Good: there is a free plan for one user, and in Plus and Pro you only pay for active users. Hours go to Moneybird, Exact Online, e-Boekhouden.nl, SnelStart, Twinfield and Jortt through integrations, and to Nmbrs or Employes for payroll.
Less good: the free plan is limited to 15 projects and 15 tasks. Leave, absence and approving hours only come with Pro. Keeping does not create invoices itself; you need an accounting package for that.
