What is klant.review?
klant.review was founded in 2026 by Sylvan Dekker and Dennis van Laarhoven and is part of LOIQ in Goes. You ask customers for a review via a QR card, WhatsApp or email; the customer chooses whether to write on Google or on your own klant.review page. Google reviews come into the same inbox through an integration, where an AI assistant suggests a draft reply in your own tone that you approve yourself. You show reviews on your site with a widget or the WordPress plugin, and with WooCommerce and Shopify an invitation goes out automatically after shipping.
According to the privacy statement, data is stored in the EU, at Supabase in Frankfurt, and the app runs on Vercel in the EU. For reply suggestions, summaries and translations the review text goes to OpenAI in the US (with Anthropic as a backup), without being used for training. A data processing agreement is on the site.
Good: one fixed price per location without tiers, cancellable monthly, and you can export your reviews as CSV or JSON. You do not need a Google Business Profile: you can also verify your business with a KvK (Chamber of Commerce) extract.
Less good: the platform is young. Reviews with 1 or 2 stars are published after a 14-day response period, even if you do not reply, and your business page with reviews stays online after cancelling until you ask for it to be removed.
