What is ReviewDrop?
ReviewDrop comes from Kapelle in Zeeland and was built by founder Melvin Zuidweg. After every invoice you send, your customer gets a personal message by WhatsApp or email on the next working day, with a button to the Google review window; anyone who does not respond gets a reminder. ReviewDrop takes the invoices from your accounting or work order software, such as Moneybird, e-Boekhouden.nl, Exact Online, WeFact or Teamleader Focus, or works with a customer list you upload. It also sets up your Google Business Profile, replies to reviews, and you get a monthly report with your position in Google Maps.
According to ReviewDrop, data is stored in Frankfurt and sending happens from Paris. For WhatsApp, Google and the AI features (Anthropic), data also goes to the United States, under standard contractual clauses. The data processing agreement is included in every plan.
Good: you do not have to do anything after the setup, which is done together with you. Cancel monthly, no setup fee, and the terms are written in plain language.
Less good: at €99 per month for the smallest plan it is more expensive than review systems for webshops. It is only about Google reviews; you do not get your own review platform or product reviews. Integrations with SnelStart, Yuki, Twinfield, Shopify and WooCommerce are still in the works.
