What is WebwinkelKeur?
WebwinkelKeur is a trust mark with a review system from WebwinkelKeur B.V. in Enschede. Your webshop is first checked against the main laws and regulations; after that you display the trust mark, get a public profile with your reviews, and WebwinkelKeur helps with disputes with customers, with DigiDispuut as the disputes committee. Review requests go out automatically after an order through plug-ins for WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, Lightspeed and CCV Shop among others, and your reviews can count in Google, such as the seller rating and stars in the search results. The data processing agreement is part of the general terms for members.
Good: trust mark, legal documents (terms and conditions, privacy statement), complaint mediation and reviews come in one membership, for little money. On Plus you forward part of your invitations to Google and Trustpilot.
Less good: the membership is fixed for the first year and then renews automatically. On Start you only get 15 automatic review requests per month. According to the privacy statement (version of October 2023), personal data is stored in a database on a server in England, so outside the EU.
