What is SiteGuru?
SiteGuru is an SEO tool from Katwijk, founded by SEO specialist Rick van Haasteren and without outside investors. It checks your website every week for technical errors, missing titles and descriptions, structured data, page speed and broken links, and puts the improvements on a to-do list. With an integration with Google Search Console and Google Analytics you see your keywords, low-hanging fruit and pages that are declining; there is also competitor analysis, backlink monitoring and reports without the SiteGuru logo for your clients.
The privacy policy names Stripe for payments and Google Analytics for its own site, but not where your data is stored. We did not find a data processing agreement on the site.
Good: clear for anyone who is not an SEO specialist, with all features in every plan and unlimited users. After the 6-week trial you are not billed automatically.
Less good: the site and prices are in English and in dollars. Competitor analyses are capped per plan: 15 per month on Small.

The Netherlands check
Useful if you run a business in the Netherlands. "Unknown" means we could not verify it.
Support in Dutch: Unknown
You would rather ask a question in Dutch, to someone who knows how things work in the Netherlands.
App in Dutch: Unknown
SEO terms are hard enough as it is. A Dutch app helps, but apart from that you want keyword data for the Netherlands, because Dutch people search differently from English speakers.
Data in the EU: Unknown
An SEO tool gets access to your Search Console and Analytics, and sometimes to customer data in reports. If that is in the EU, you have less to arrange for transfers.
More about data in the EU →Data processing agreement: Unknown
If you connect Analytics or put client names in reports, the tool processes personal data for you and you need a data processing agreement.
More about the data processing agreement →Company in the Netherlands: Yes
A Dutch company falls under Dutch law. For some businesses that matters, for example in a dispute.
