What is SpinOffice CRM?
SpinOffice CRM is a product of Mulberry Garden B.V. in The Hague. The office is in The Hague; part of the development team works in Romania. You use it to manage contacts, email, calendar, tasks and documents, and the software runs on Mac, Windows, iOS and Android and through a web login. According to SpinOffice, all databases, email and files are kept in two AWS data centres within the EU, and there is a data processing agreement.
Good: email is central: you connect several mailboxes and messages end up with the right contact. The helpdesk and support centre are in Dutch, and there are integrations with Microsoft 365, Gmail, WhatsApp Business and e-Boekhouden.nl, among others.
Less good: there is no trial account, only a demo. You can only create invoices with the paid Invoice module (€180 per year plus €440 one-off), and an iDEAL payment link through Mollie is custom work, not a standard feature. Whether you can pay monthly is unclear: the pricing page mentions monthly direct debit, the FAQ only for Enterprise.
