What is Stippa?
Stippa is booking software from De Rechter Software in Breskens, a sole proprietorship. Customers book through one link or a widget on your website, get a confirmation and reminder automatically, and can reschedule themselves. When they book you can ask for a deposit or the full amount through your own Mollie or Stripe account, including with iDEAL. The data processing agreement is on the site; it states that the database is hosted by Supabase in the United Kingdom and that some of the sub-processors are American.
Good: the cheapest plan is €9 per month, and Stippa charges no commission or per-booking fees. You cancel whenever you like and can always export your customer data.
Less good: your data is outside the EU, in the United Kingdom. Google Calendar sync, WhatsApp reminders and the no-show deposit are only in the more expensive plans. According to the contact page, support goes through a form and WhatsApp.
