Loomly has belonged to Bending Spoons since January 2025; according to the terms and privacy policy, the contracting party, Bending Spoons Operations S.p.A., is in Milan. Prices are in US dollars. The privacy policy does not say where data is stored. The terms do incorporate a data processing agreement (DPA) for personal data in social media content.
