Alternatives to Smartsheet

US work management platform with a spreadsheet view, planning and automation, delisted since 2025.

Smartsheet is an American work management and project planning platform based in Bellevue (Washington). Since 22 January 2025 the company is no longer publicly listed: funds of Blackstone and Vista Equity Partners acquired it. Smartsheet offers a data processing agreement (Data Processing Addendum). By default your data is in the US, but with Smartsheet Regions you can choose hosting in the EU (AWS in Germany or Ireland). We found nothing about Dutch language or support.
