Sprout Social, Inc. is based in Chicago and is itself publicly listed (Nasdaq: SPT); it has no parent company. Prices are in US dollars. According to its privacy policy it has servers in the US and the EEA, but it does not say which region applies to your account. Under its terms, anyone processing personal data must enter into a data processing agreement (DPA), and Sprout publishes one.
