Weebly is a US website builder that was acquired by Square in 2018; Square is part of Block, Inc. The pricing page shows paid plans in euros and a free plan. The site has a Dutch language option, but we could not confirm whether the editor itself works in Dutch. We found nothing on Dutch-language support, where the data is stored or a data processing agreement on the pages we opened.
