What is Heyy?
Heyy is a customer conversation platform from Heyy Group LLC. You create “AI employees” that answer questions, qualify leads and hand conversations over to a colleague. They learn from your website, documents and your own list of questions and answers. There is also a shared inbox, automations, campaigns and a simple CRM. According to the help centre, you can connect WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, SMS (via Twilio) and a chat widget on your own site. For other systems you call your own API from an automation.
Prices are in dollars and depend on users, credits and channels. Credits are used for AI messages and automations, and WhatsApp messages are charged on top. There is no free plan, but there is a 7-day trial.
The site says little that is concrete about data. The privacy policy is generic and, for the EU, only says that transfers outside the EEA use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses; we found no storage location or data processing agreement. There is no address either: only the name Heyy Group LLC and Delaware law in the terms. Those terms also contain a section that refers to a different company (Double Tick).
Good: many channels in one inbox, and AI employees you set up without code and connect to automations.
Less good: prices in dollars with separate costs for credits and WhatsApp. No address, no storage location and no data processing agreement on the site, and Heyy mentions Dutch nowhere.
