What is Futy?
Futy is a product of Futy B.V. in Utrecht. With a snippet of code or the WordPress plug-in you put a button or lead bot on your site. Visitors choose how to get in touch: via WhatsApp, a call-back request, email, a quote request or a booking through Calendly. The request comes in to you; the conversation itself continues in WhatsApp Business or your email.
According to the terms, the data processing agreement is part of the contract. The privacy statement says some processors are outside the EEA or have servers there, but not which ones, so you cannot check on the site where your visitors’ data is stored.
Good: cheap and quick to set up, with a free plan to try it. You pay per website rather than per user, and you can pay monthly and cancel any time.
Less good: it is not a helpdesk or shared inbox. The useful integrations (Calendly, Google Analytics, live chat) only start at Standaard, and in Starter your button still carries Futy branding.
