- Attendee side in Dutch, admin side not
What is Livestorm?
Livestorm is webinar software from the French company Livestorm SAS (Lyon, registered in Paris). Everything runs in the browser: attendees do not need to install anything. You run live webinars, automated webinars that start at a set time, and on-demand sessions, with chat, questions, polls and up to 25 speakers on screen. Recordings and replays are kept.
You buy an annual pack of attendees. Team members and people who register but do not show up do not count. According to the help centre, data and databases are in Ireland; replays and videos are delivered worldwide through CDNs, and live video runs through the server closest to the first attendee. Only Enterprise can, as a paid option, require video to stay in the EU. A data processing agreement is in the Trust Center, but that is only open to Enterprise customers; for Pro it is not clear how you get one.
Good: you pay per real attendee, team members are unlimited, and the registration page, emails and event room are in Dutch for your attendees.
Less good: the admin side is only in English, French, German and Spanish. Integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce and Marketo only come with Enterprise, and you are tied to an annual pack with no refund for unused credits.

An app in Dutch is quicker to use and avoids mistakes, also for colleagues who read less English.
