What is Notizy?
Notizy is from Notizy B.V. in Nijmegen. You record a conversation with the app, Notizy transcribes it and drafts a report in a report format you choose or set up yourself; you check and complete it. You can then ask questions about the content or share the report as a PDF or Word document. According to the trust page, data is stored in the Netherlands and processing stays within the EU/EEA; AI processing runs through a European supplier in France and through Google Cloud EMEA. Notizy is ISO 27001 and NEN 7510 certified, and the data processing agreements and sub-processor list are available on request.
Good: made for conversations with confidential information, such as in healthcare and education, with your own report formats. Prices are public and exclude VAT.
Less good: the personal subscription costs more than general AI note-takers. Integrations with a client record or pupil tracking system are custom work, not standard.
