What is Notuly?
Notuly is an AI note-taker from Notuly·Scolutions B.V. in Deventer. You record a conversation with the phone app (for in-person meetings) or with the desktop app for Windows and macOS, which records Teams, Zoom and Google Meet calls without a bot joining your meeting. Afterwards, participants receive a report with decisions and action items by email, in Dutch or English. According to the site, Notuly recognises more than 90 languages.
According to Notuly, processing runs on its own models on Dutch servers in an ISO 27001-certified data centre in Amsterdam, your data does not leave the EU and the audio is deleted within a minute of processing. Conversations are not used to train models, and Notuly keeps no archive of your meetings: the report is in your inbox. A data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR) is included from the Team plan.
Good: the free version is enough to try it a few times a month, and storage in the Netherlands and the quick deletion of audio are clearly described. Cancel any month.
Less good: Pro does not mention a data processing agreement, so if you minute client conversations as a freelancer you end up on Team, which starts at 2 users. The site does not say whether the app itself is in Dutch, and there are no integrations with your calendar or CRM.
