What is Sleak?
Sleak is a product of Sleak B.V. in Tilburg. You use it to build an AI agent that answers visitors’ questions on your website, based on your own site (up to 200 pages on Start) and a knowledge base you fill yourself. If the agent cannot help, a staff member takes over the conversation in the inbox with live chat. From Grow you connect the agent to other systems via the API and use product feeds, CSV and PDF files as sources.
The pricing page lists integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, Lightspeed, Magento, Channable, Sendcloud and Picqer. WhatsApp is in beta; email, Instagram and Facebook Messenger are planned for the fourth quarter of 2026. The privacy statement does not say where data is stored or which language model Sleak uses, and there is no data processing agreement on the site.
Good: a clear price with 300 conversations included and a fixed amount per extra conversation. You can try it free for 14 days and cancel at any time, and support is available by phone and WhatsApp.
Less good: on Start you work with 1 user, and if you need more agents, for example for more languages or brands, you pay €25 per extra agent per month. Not stated whether prices exclude VAT, and the privacy statement says little about storage and sub-processors.
