What is TimeMate?
TimeMate is an app from Jitso in Enschede. Employees log hours and breaks in the app or on the computer, and in the Plus plan you create digital work orders with photos, materials and the customer’s signature. With add-ons you schedule work orders on a planning board and keep track of budgets. You create the invoice in your accounting package through the integration.
Good: the entry price is low and all integrations are included, from Exact Online and Moneybird to SnelStart, WeFact and Nmbrs. You can try it free for 14 days without payment details.
Less good: the site does not say where customer data is stored and mentions no data processing agreement; the privacy statement is mainly about the website. If you want work orders you pay for Plus, and planning is a separate add-on.
