Email marketing tools with data in the EU

12 of the 19 email marketing tools in our guide store your data in the EU and offer a data processing agreement, according to the facts we checked with the vendor. They are listed in order of our overall score.

Why it matters

Your mailing list consists of personal data, and the vendor sends your emails on your behalf. That makes them your processor, and the GDPR then requires a data processing agreement.

Ask the vendor: Do you offer a data processing agreement, and do you use the addresses on my list for anything other than my emails?
