What is Prepr?
Prepr is a headless CMS from Prepr B.V., based at the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. You manage content in Prepr and fetch it through an API into your own website or app. You can also run A/B tests in the CMS and adapt content per visitor group. According to the security page, all data is stored and managed in the Netherlands, with hosting partner TrueFullstaq and in the AWS EU region. The terms refer to a data processing agreement.
Good: the free Community plan is meant for freelancers and developers who want to try Prepr or build a personal project. The data stays in the Netherlands and the EU.
Less good: there is nothing between the free plan and Flex at €299 per month, so for a small paid site it is expensive. The site is in English.

The Netherlands check
Useful if you run a business in the Netherlands. "Unknown" means we could not verify it.

More about data in the EU →Data processing agreement: Yes
If you build an API into your product, the vendor becomes a sub-processor for your customers. Without a data processing agreement you cannot cover that chain.
More about the data processing agreement →Company in the Netherlands: Yes
A Dutch company falls under Dutch law. For some businesses that matters, for example in a dispute.
