Developer tools with data in the EU

4 of the 13 developer tools in our guide store your data in the EU and offer a data processing agreement, according to the facts we checked with the vendor. They are listed in order of our overall score.

Why it matters

If the API processes personal data of your customers, the vendor is your sub-processor. You then need a data processing agreement and a list of sub-processors you can show to your own customers. Note: with some APIs you only get that from a more expensive plan.
