Submit a tool
Is a tool missing from the guide? Submit it here, as a maker or as a user. Submitting is free, and a listing is not for sale.
What happens
- You sign in, so we can keep out spam. You can do this with Google, GitHub or a sign-in link by email, depending on what is switched on.
- You fill in the tool's details in a few short steps: price, the Netherlands check, the company, integrations and a logo. For each fact we ask where it is stated.
- We check everything ourselves on the vendor's site. We don't simply copy what the maker tells us; a fact we can't check shows as "Unknown" on the page.
- If the tool fits a category, we write the page and put it online. If it doesn't fit, you will see that with a short reason.
How long it takes
Usually two to four weeks. You can see the status on My submissions. If we have questions, we will email you.
Free, and not for sale
Submitting costs nothing and gives no priority. Whether a tool is included in the guide, where it appears and what verdict it gets depends only on the facts. A partner programme or a payment changes nothing about that. Sponsored placements do exist, but they are kept separate and are always labelled; see Advertise.
Do you work at the tool? Then your submission gets the label "maker verified" if you sign in with an email address on the tool's domain, or if you show with a DNS record or meta tag on the homepage that you belong to that domain. If something is wrong on an existing tool page, use "Report an error" on that page.
