What is ActiveCampaign?
ActiveCampaign is a platform for email marketing, marketing automation and CRM from ActiveCampaign in Chicago (US). You build automated flows across email, SMS and WhatsApp and track deals in the CRM. ActiveCampaign has data centres in the US, the EU and Australia; your account is assigned to the nearest data centre, but contact data is also processed outside that region and Conversations data stays in the US. The Data Processing Addendum supplements the terms of service.
Good: you can set up the software in Dutch, and there are integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce and Mollie, among others.
Less good: the help centre is not available in Dutch, and we could not read the prices from the pricing page. If you want Dutch-language support, you can get the same system through the reseller MailBlue.
