What is Copernica?
Copernica is a marketing platform from Copernica BV in Amsterdam. With the Marketing Suite you send email and SMS, build automated customer journeys and connect customer and order data from your web shop. Copernica says that all data within the platform is stored and processed exclusively in the EU, and that it develops the software itself. You may only enter personal data if there is a data processing agreement with Copernica; Copernica offers one.
Good: all data stays in the EU, and there are free integrations with Magento and Shopify, among others.
Less good: the price starts at €99 per month and otherwise Copernica works by quote. We could not check whether the software itself is available in Dutch.
