What is Flexmail?
Flexmail is an email marketing tool from Flexmail nv in Genk, Belgium. You send newsletters, manage contacts in a marketing CRM, make forms and surveys and, in the more expensive plans, set up automation scenarios. According to the data processing agreement, the systems run within the EU or in a country with an adequate level of protection; Flexmail does not say what exactly is where. Hosting is done at sister company Combell, and the data processing agreement is public on the site.
Good: unlimited sending for a fixed price per contact tier, and a 30-day free trial without a credit card.
Less good: the Start plan has one user, email support only and no automation. Flexmail does not mention ready-made integrations with Dutch web shops or accounting packages; much goes through Zapier.
