What is Superscale?
Superscale is an AI agent for ads from Superscale AI GmbH in Baunatal (Germany). It looks at which competitor ads perform well, makes static ads and videos, including with talking AI characters, and can set up campaigns in Meta Ads and pause poorly performing ads. Superscale itself also names freelancers and small businesses as a target group.
The terms say that you and Superscale enter into a data processing agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR, and they fall under German law. Superscale does not guarantee that everything happens within the EU: according to the terms, data may go to countries outside Europe for generating content. The site does not say where the servers are.
