What is Asperion?
Asperion is an online accounting program from Asperion Hosting BV in Naarden, for business owners and accountancy firms. You create invoices as PDF with a UBL attachment, add an iDEAL payment link via Mollie and file your VAT return; if your client has a Peppol ID, the invoice goes automatically through the Peppol network. The software and customer data run on Microsoft Azure, and under the standard data processing agreement Asperion may only process personal data within the EU. That data processing agreement applies automatically to everyone with a user agreement.
Good: Peppol and VAT return are already in the cheapest plan at €13.50, and you can try it for 30 days without payment details.
Less good: the bank feed only comes from ZZP Pro (€19). The price table mentions email support for most plans and still has open gaps (“CHECK”), so ask what exactly is in your plan.
