    What is Harvest?

Harvest is time tracking software from Iridesco LLC in New York (United States). You track hours and expenses per project, and make and send invoices that clients can pay online. According to its own security FAQ, all data is in the United States, including that of users from the EEA. Harvest offers a data processing agreement (DPA).

Good: invoicing is also in the free version, and you can try the paid plans for 30 days without a credit card.
