What is Nmbrs?
Nmbrs is payroll and HR software from Nmbrs Payroll B.V. in Amsterdam, part of the Visma Group. You process salaries, file the payroll tax return and export journal entries to Exact Online, Moneybird, SnelStart and Twinfield, among others. Nmbrs stores data in Microsoft Azure data centres within the EU; a few sub-processors, such as Atlassian and Sendgrid, process data in the US. According to the privacy statement, you record the agreements on personal data in a data processing agreement.
Good: can be cancelled monthly, and integrations with Exact Online, Moneybird, SnelStart and Twinfield.
Less good: prices are only given in a scale by number of employees, starting at 10. The site does not say whether they exclude VAT.
