What is PayPal?
PayPal serves Dutch customers through PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. in Luxembourg, a credit institution supervised by the Luxembourg CSSF. With a business account you accept online payments through PayPal, cards and local payment methods such as iDEAL; for the latter you first accept the APM terms. PayPal names no storage location for data and uses Binding Corporate Rules for transfers within the group. The Data Protection Addendum is part of the business terms.

Less good: PayPal does not say where the data is stored. PayPal does not mention integrations with Dutch accounting software on its own site.
