What is Wix eCommerce?

Wix is a website builder from Wix.com Ltd. in Israel. From the Core plan you add a web shop with a product catalogue, discounts and selling through marketplaces and social media. You receive iDEAL through Wix Payments or through a linked provider such as Stripe or Mollie. Wix has a public data processing agreement (Data Processing Agreement) for users, but says it may store data at several locations; Wix does not name fixed EU storage.

Good: all paid plans have Dutch-language customer service, and the editor works with drag and drop.

Less good: iDEAL via Wix Payments is more expensive than a fixed amount per payment. Wix does not mention integrations with PostNL, DHL or bol.com on the pricing page.
