What is Checks?

Checks is scheduling software from Integral Knowledge Utilization B.V. in Weesp, part of Protime and the Belgian SD Worx. It is made for organisations with complex rosters, such as industry, laboratories, logistics and museums: you make shift rosters, let employees schedule themselves and request leave in the ChecksApp, and the planning checks cao and ATW rules. Integral’s data processing agreement applies to all customers and can be downloaded. It names KPN, Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services, among others, as sub-processors, but not in which country the data is stored.

Good: cao and Working Hours Act (ATW) checks and shift rosters are part of the planning, and Checks has a Data Pro certificate.

Less good: there are no prices on the site, and which payroll packages you can connect is not on the homepage.
