What is Fresha?
Fresha is software for salons, spas and wellness businesses from Fresha.com SV Ltd in London. Customers book online through your own booking page or the Fresha platform, and you can ask for a deposit or full payment when booking to limit no-shows. You take payments with the POS and a card reader with Tap to Pay. Fresha names no storage location for customer data and, according to the privacy statement, passes data to service providers in the US, the UK and the Netherlands, among others. There is a data processing agreement (Data Protection Addendum) as part of the partner terms.
Good: the subscription price is low and the transaction costs are on the pricing page. You can try it for 7 days without a credit card.
Less good: Fresha does not say which online payment methods customers can use; iDEAL is not mentioned. According to the terms, you may not store health data in Fresha.
